The recipe is simple; just over a Kilo of Blackberries for extra berry full flavour, a Kilo of the biggest Bramleys on the tree and 1.75Kg of Sugar for Reduced Sugar, 2 large Lemons, freshly squeezed.

Ingredients: Sugar, 35% Blackberries, 33% Apples, 5% Lemons. Prepared with 76g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 66g per 100g.
Blackberry & Apple Jam. A fantastic combination. Perfect for toast & on pancakes. Great with puddings and in Jam Tarts. Lovingly homemade in small batches, from whole fruit and using open jam pans.
