This Ginger Marmalade is lovingly homemade in small batches, from whole fruit and using open jam pans. It is perfect on toast or glazing over ham, duck and chicken. Stir a spoonful into a bowl of fresh fruit, porridge or yogurt.
Ingredients: Sugar, 32%Oranges, 11%Lemons, 4% Stem Ginger. Prepared with 47g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 68g per 100g.
This is a homemade jam made in small batches, as with all truly homemade marmalades the weight of the marmalade, fruit prepared with weight and the total sugar content may vary from batch to batch.
